September's Theme and Activities

During the month of September, we will be discussing School Community Helpers. We will be visiting the Lower School Office, Mr. Mackenzie's office and Nurse Hoagland. We will be discussing the jobs that some of our school community helpers do, what their role is at school, and how he/she can help us at school. We will also be starting our discussions on 'outside' Community Helpers. If anyone is interested in coming into the classroom to talk to the afternoon pre-k about your job or how you are a community helper, please let us know! We love to have visitors come to our classroom!
